While you are in Lincoln, make sure you hit The Oven for amazing Indian food.
I did my grad work at UNL and have been unable to find any Indian food that was nearly as good. The rest of Lincoln is unremarkable, but the Oven is the best.
Wait, wait.
The rest of Lincoln is not unremarkable. We have a Germans from Russia Museum!
Also, there's Yia Yia's for pizza. Really good pizza and they throw ina huge hunk of break with each slice so you can get your carbs in.
Thanks for the recommendations!! Will make sure I try both.
Hey Brit,
I was kidding about the Germans from Russia museum. I think it exists, but I've never been and can't vouch for it. If all goes as planned, I'll call in sick on the Friday before hand and treat myself to a little vacation in Lincoln.
Best,
Clayton
